Physical Therapist/Outpatient Orthopedic Sports Medicine
(New Graduate or Experienced Physical Therapist)
We are seeking a New Graduate or Experienced Physical Therapist for a great opportunity in the area. New Graduates
will enter a Mentorship program which offers assistance for the candidate to become acclimated to the environment. As an
experienced Therapist you will be able to make an immediate contribution regarding the overall development of the
Rehabilitation Team. This is a great opportunity to work with patients and make an immediate impact in their healthcare,
recovery, and quality of life. You will provide a comprehensive assessment, evaluations, and therapy plan for the patient.
You will also be directly involved in delivering treatments to the patients as well. You will address a range of impairments
including Orthopedic, Sports Medicine and other physically debilitating states of health.
You will have responsibility for complete documentation, and patient therapy management.
Other duties include:
Patient instruction and education
Care giver/family training and education
Staff direction and management
Cost control/management
You will have daily involvement in customer service (interaction) and overall contributions to the successful delivery of healthcare services. You will have daily involvement and contribution to achieving the goals and effectiveness of the entire department.

Current Physical Therapist License or Licensure in progress
Required Physical Therapy degree from accredited program
Current standing for continuing education requirements
