We are currently hiring for a Physical Therapist to provide Physical Therapy services to our residents and direct and supervise the Physical Therapy Assistants at our facility.

Responsibilities:

-You must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio.

-Long term care experience is a plus!
