We are a long-term living campus that offers a nursing center, assisted living facility and an independent living community for our residents. Our services are provided with respect, patience, kindness and dignity. 

We are currently hiring for an Occupational Therapist to provide Occupational Therapy services to our residents and direct and supervise the Occupational Therapist Assistants at our facility. 

Responsibilities include:
-Evaluating patients physical and mental abilities and setting realistic rehabilitation goals
- Documenting patients progress and reporting findings
-Providing treatments of movement and cognitive disorders in accordance with physician orders 
-Instructing caregivers on how to properly tend to the patient during and after therapy.
-Recommending any necessary changes in patient care that would benefit their lifestyles and recoveries
-Compliance with federal and state regulations, professional guidelines and code of ethics.

Responsibilities:
-You must be a graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program and be a licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Ohio.

-Long term care experience is a plus!
